Pendingly connects to your Gmail or Outlook inbox (read-only OAuth) and automatically identifies threads where a reply is overdue, you're waiting on someone else, or a follow-up commitment is due. It surfaces these daily so you never manually hunt for forgotten emails again.
Only when you choose to. The scan is fully read-only. Replies send only when you hit send, and automated follow-up sequences can be set to approval mode — every draft waits for a one-tap approval. Every send also has a 10-second undo window.
We store only what we need — thread metadata, short snippets and sender info; bodies are excerpted, not archived. OAuth tokens, mailbox passwords and AI keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest. Every database query is scoped to your account and no secrets reach the browser.
Pendingly analyses the timing of messages you've already exchanged to estimate your typical reply speed per contact — powering relationship health scores, VIP detection, and cooling alerts when a key contact has gone quiet. Nothing is shared or sold.
